I have installed a Lutron radiora 2 system and two closets, home automation, lighting control on the system, with 13watt florescent lights, sometimes don’t come on. I have tried replacing ballasts on the lights, but they sometimes don’t come on. When it happens, I if pull out and push back in the tiny “kill switch” on the Lutron switch, I am able to turn them back on. What can I do to solve this?

Which specific model controls each fluorescent light?

I believe they are Lutron RRD-8ANS. Would putting a choke on the conductors feeding the switch or the light fixture do anything?

is not adequate. If they are, in fact, RRD-8, then they should work with no difficulty. But, if they’re RDD-6 or RRD-10, then they won’t.
