I called PCS technical support, a distributor took my call could not assist with my technical questions and tried to sell me security products from another company,what’s going on with PCS???
Read comment from danny so I tried calling and got voicemail no return call for 3 working days bad news.
Thought this was a bunch of bs so I called the number provided by pcs pulseworx did get voicemail, no return call received.So I called Simply Automated, told them I needed assistance for pcs, amazing they helped me. Good guys, his name was ken, I’m now a simply automated convert.
