Is PCS Pulseworx UPB going out of business? 50% firesale?

I’ve been seeing quite a few 50% discount fire sales online for PCS UPB lighting control products. No longer available at ADI.  I’ve been a loyal buyer for many years tried calling the company repeatedly get voicemail no call back. I understand there was (is?) a distributor handling technical calls. My local distributor says he does not know what is going on, avoid the company.  Anyone know what is going on?
